We require this information to be able to respond to your enquiry. Any information sent via our website will be kept as a hard copy at our office for the purposes of review should you wish to instruct us.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Personal data received via our website will be kept as a hard copy for approximately twelve months after which time it will be destroyed.

The information you provide will be used primarily for the purpose of providing you with legal services and a response to your enquiries. This is known as the ‘legitimate interest’ basis.
